At MasteryLab, we are committed to providing high-quality digital trading tools that help you trade with confidence. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

Trading Mastery Indicator is a digital product delivered via TradingView script access. Once access has been granted, it cannot be “returned.” For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• If you are charged more than once for the same product (duplicate payment).

• If you did not receive access to the Trading Mastery Indicator after completing your order.

• If there is a proven technical issue on our side that prevents you from using the product.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Lack of trading results (since market performance depends on your own strategy and decisions).

• Incorrect purchase due to not reading the product description.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

5. Final Decision

All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Trading Mastery reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
